The undersigned hereby applies for space as a vendor at the 7th Jupiter Irish Fest.
Please complete and return this form along with payment requirements.
This Agreement is entered by and between Ireland US Experience Entertainment, a Florida corporation, and (“Vendor”).
The following are the agreement terms for vendor space at the JIF. As a vendor, your acceptance of these terms shall constitute a binding agreement. It is agreed that each vendor will abide by all terms listed in this agreement.
1. JIF
The word “JIF” as used herein shall mean the Jupiter Irish Fest, their officers, agents and any employees acting for it, in the management of this event.
2. ELIGIBLE VENDORS
Ireland US Experience Entertainment reserves the right to determine whether any company or product is eligible under the standards for inclusion in the festival.
3. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
All products and services to be sold, offered or referred to during the JIF must be included on the Reservation Form. JIF reserves the right to exclude the sale of any product based on overall show presentation, or that are in-conflict with exclusive contracts held by JIF with other Vendors (Examples: glow-in-the-dark products, t-shirts, etc.). Vendor will be notified in advance of any such exclusion and have the right at the time of the application to determine if they still want to participate.
4. ADMISSION
Gated event. Daily admission cost: Free
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Vendor agrees to make no claim for any reason whatsoever, including negligence, against JIF, its members, agents, employees or the owners of the Festival premises for loss, theft, damage or destruction of property or for any injury to Vendor or its employees while in the Festival quarters.
6. BOOTH INFORMATION
All Vendor materials must be kept inside their tent space, and the sidewalks and streets must be kept free of materials. Distribution of samples and literature is strictly limited to the confines of the Vendor’s booth. Also, voice and/or music amplification must be kept to a sufficiently low volume so as not to disturb other vendors or attendees. Vendors agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, cooperative manner appropriate to the integrity of the attendees, fellow vendors and the show management staff.
The cost of renting a 10’ x 10’ SPACE which includes a canopy tent from JIF, including setup and tear down is $500.00.
Payment for booth is to be made by check, credit card, money order, cashier’s check or cash.
7. BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
JIF staff will assign booth location to Vendors. Consideration will be given to special needs.
8. VENDOR STAFF BANDS
Vendor will receive vendor staff wristbands for each day upon vendor check-in.
9. INSURANCE
Insurance is the responsibility of the Vendor and is recommended. JIF is not responsible for replacement of lost or stolen goods. Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own general liability insurance for the show dates, including setup and tear-down. Vendors will indemnify JIF for claims/suits arising between Vendors and attendees regarding exhibit rental.

11. SETUP HOURS:
- Thursday, March 11, 2027 9:00AM – 5:00PM
- Friday, March 12, 2027 9:00AM – 5:00PM
*No vehicles will be allowed onsite after 10am on Friday.
12. FESTIVAL HOURS:
- Saturday, March 13 11:00AM – 10:00PM
- Sunday, March 14 11:00AM – 6:00PM
*All booths must be staffed throughout the festival.
*Dismantling will begin on the final day, Sunday, March 14, 2027 starting at 6:00PM.
13. SUBLEASING
Vendors may not sublet their spaces
14. FIRE AND SAFETLY LAWS
All federal, state and city regulation pertaining to fire and safety must be adhered to. All electrical cords must be UL approved.
15. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS/STANDARDS
Vendors are responsible for meeting all city/state resale-licensing agreements. Vendor is responsible for collecting Florida Sales tax and paying such tax to the State of Florida. JIF assumes no responsibility for any tax liability incurred by Vendor from the sale of any Goods at the Festival. Vendor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JIF from any tax liability Vendor may incur from the sale of any Goods at the Festival.
16. PAYMENT
Vendors must include all fees with registration form. The cost of renting a 10’ x 10’ SPACE which includes a canopy tent from JIF, including setup and tear down is $500.00.
17. REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds due to but not limited to weather, environmental, ecological or natural occurrences, vendor cancellation, sale of vendor business, vendor business closure, acts of God, terrorism, etc.
18. RENTAL EQUIPMENT
If additional equipment is needed such as sidewalls, tables, chairs, lights, etc please contact our office and we can give you contact numbers if needed.
This Agreement shall be governed by construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
**There are no refunds due to but not limited to: vendor cancellation, acts of God, terrorism, etc.
